“Alkartasuna” dance group have the pleasure to offer you a show about Basque dances and Basque music in case you were interested on folk activities. This group was born in 1.964 in Pasai Antxo (near San Sebastian, Gipuzkoa). At first it was just a group of young people who wanted to popularize dances, music and culture of their own country.

Alkartasuna’s spectacle takes shows dances from all the seven provinces in the Basque Country (Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia...), using different clothes and music for each province.

The group is still amateur and since the beginning it has participated on many national and international festivals in countries such as France, Israel, Portugal, Scotland, Italy, Poland, Germany and Slovenia.
